As the media landscape has evolved, I've grown from obsessing over efficiency of performance marketing campaigns, to leading teams and advising clients while obsessing over solving business problems and helping integrated teams work together to produce the best full-funnel marketing work.After working in Chicago, NYC, LA, (and a year off to travel and volunteer) I came home to Philly to work at Kepler. Three years in, I've moved to Kepler’s London office where I continue to provide client leadership and help further bridge UK and US ways of working.I've also co-founded Kepler's Climate Action Team (KCAT) which works to advance company objectives around sustainability, including: - Addresses our organization's carbon footprint in compliance with ISO 14001 certification- Responds to our clients' sustainability reporting requirement needs- Educates internal teams on the latest solutions for reducing the carbon footprint of digital media buyingFinding solutions for addressing climate change is critical for all businesses, and as Kepler is part of the kyu Collective, I help drive that conversation forward, bringing the things we're doing at Kepler to the knowledge sharing culture we have with the other 20+ companies that make up kyu as well as the wider marketing industry.
