Serves as the Chief of Program Integration, responsible for the programmatic oversight and vital acquisition life cycle management of seven Major Defense Acquisition Programs, critical enablers to several of the Army and DoD modernization strategies:- Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) - Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD)- Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD)- Patriot Advanced Capability - 3 (PAC 3)- Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS // LRHW)- Modeling and Simulations Contract for Truth Modeling (MASC-T)- Ground-Based Midcourse Defense Ground Systems (GMD GS)Manages contractor cost, schedule & performance throughout all phases of the Defense Acquisition Management System, with a preponderance of the activities related to engineering, development, production, modernization, technology insertion and Warfighter operational readiness support. Directs seven multi-functional Program Support Teams (PSTs) consisting of over 50 multifunctional employees who collectively oversee the administration of over $7B of the Contract Management Office’s (CMO) portfolio. Direct functional support includes: program integration, contract administration, production surveillance, quality assurance, software management, engineering, and earned value management functions. Executes technical leadership, management and supervisory controls in the management of federal civilian employees. Promotes teamwork and total quality customer services on a continuing basis.

Assistant Product Manager - Next Generation Interceptor (Ground Based Midcourse Defense Program)Assistant Product Manager for the $3.9B Next Generation Interceptor (NGI) Project, a Presidential Special Interest Program. Manages cost, schedule, and performance of multiple program acquisition efforts to design, develop, test and field fully integrated NGIs to meet USNORTHCOM strategic requirements for defense of the Homeland against long-range missile threats. Leads a team of 58 military, government civilians, and support contractors responsible for ensuring the NGI provides the Warfighter with a cost-effective solution that is lethal across the specified threat space and extensible to address future and evolving threats. Coordinates across industry, Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Joint community, and external government agencies to ensure full collaboration and integration necessary to deliver capability to USNORTHCOM. Routinely interfaces with MDA and industry senior leadership.

Assistant Product Manager (Battalion S3/XO equivalent) for the UH-60M Product Office, an ACAT 1C Army Program with over $1.56 billion in annual aircraft procurement. Responsible for the cost, schedule and performance of the Pre-Planned Product Improvement (P3I), Air Vehicle Configuration, Component Obsolescence, and Platform Futures programs, executing over $100M annually. Directs a staff of 35 government and contractor personnel organized into four Integrated Product Teams (IPT). Program lead for Air Mission Command on the Move (Air MCOTM) integration, the Improved Turbine Engine (ITE) platform integration, the Utility Helicopter Modernization Program, and the Federated Advanced Navigation System (FANS) program. As a Program Lead, responsible for the planning, supervision, and execution of all government resources required for mission execution. Coordinates with OSD, DA, AMCOM, PEO Staffs, TRADOC Capabilities Manager - Lift and Aviation Brigades to ensure the program's success. Maintains flight minimums as a FAC 3 UH-60L Aviator.

Assistant Product Manager in the Tactical Unmanned Aircraft System (TUAS) Product Office, responsible for the overall cost, schedule, and performance of the RQ-7B Shadow Weapon System, an ACAT 1C Army Program with a total program value that exceeds $5.76 billion. Assists the Product Manager with leading a team of 87 government civilians and contractors in the planning, programming, and execution of an annual budget in excess of $260 million within the Program Objective Memorandum (POM); Directly responsible for the development, test, production, fielding, modernization, and full life-cycle sustainment of the unmanned weapon system platform. Additionally responsible for ensuring the successful planning and execution of continual New Equipment Fielding (NEF) and New Equipment Training (NET) events across FORSCOM, PACOM, and SOCOM. Coordinates with OSD, DA, AMCOM, PEO staffs, and gaining unit commands to ensure the program's success. Maintains flight minimums as a FAC 3 UH-60L aviator.
