As production planner, I oversee planning for all production areas. Coordinating supervisors and production staff to complete orders on time and addressing production issues as they arise. I play a major role in facilitating production by creating timelines for internal processes and verifying with each department as projects/products progress from the sale to shipment.Preparing a master production schedule for over 30,000 daily units spread across multiple different production areas. In addition to my planning role I also provide in depth analysis on labor costs, estimating product costs, continuous improvement projects.Achievements- Revamped the production scheduling process within my first year to provide accurate start dates- Led several continuous improvement projects including large scale software upgrades. - Provided sales with data driven sales quotes using enterprise time tracking software.

Working with the cultivation team during large work events, and process all job costing to ERP.Executing day to day cultivation activities such as planting, scouting, thinning, harvesting cannabis plants in a greenhouse environment. Organic growing techniques used to cultivate over 7000 plants in a state of the art 10,000 square foot growing facility. Responsible for ERP management with cannabis 365. Recording day to day activities, work orders, inventory counts/reconciliation, job costing, purchase orders, and internal development of cannabis 365 platform.

As a Process Operator Level 3, I assisted with the extraction process, supervising small teams, first-aid, documentation, ops, and training.• 20,000+ kilograms of biomass extracted each year, operating multi-million dollar equipment using several different refining techniques. (Hydrocarbon, Ethanol, C02, Filtration, Fractional Distillation)• Supervising retail packaging teams with a 300% year over year increase in work orders. On-boarding staff, processing work orders, preparing materials, completing batch records, probationary reviews.• Planning. Setting up each day coordinating with other shifts to prepare staff before shift. Preparing new lots, dividing staff, monitoring work order priority.• Quality Assurance.
