I joined Tier One Capital Ltd at the end of 2014 as Operations Manager overseeing the day to day operations of the business. I became the Chief Compliance Officer at the beginning of 2019 after a couple of years as Compliance and Risk manager, a period which was capped by playing a part in listing Develop North PLC (formerly PBLT) on the London Stock Exchange in January 2017. Before joining Tier One, I worked in retail banking from 2003 in the branch networks of Lloyds Banking Group (formerly Lloyds TSB), firstly as an adviser then the last six years as a Branch Manager, I have built on both my experience in Risk Management and Compliance in the banking networks and applied that to the world of Wealth Management, learning a lot along the way. I enjoy breaking down regulation in to what it means for our firm and how it applies to the aims, objectives and culture of our company. In 2016 I attained a diploma in Governance, Compliance and Risk with the International Compliance Association.In 2020 I decided to begin the journey of moving from my role in compliance to that of a Wealth Manager, specialising in helping clients with their financial journey and planning their future.
