Coordinated IT process, strategy, budget and culture between members of newly created Trust.• Led team through internal culture and process change, resulting in improved reliability and response times, 50% reduction in support calls and a business partner departmental profile.

Identity systems and manufacturing.Board member responsible for product management, installations and sales support. Led successful operational turnaround through internal change and supplier negotiations. Achieved:• A rise in productivity of 35%;• 20% improvement in commissioning times;• 10% project cost reduction.Negotiated contracts, often at board level, between Peruvian government and international corporations (IWS, 3M, ABNH, ITW, G&D, BCA, Bundesdruckerei, Canadian Banknote).• Won contracts with clients such as Immigrations, Fire Services and Intelligence Services.

Upper Middle Management role leading a team of 15. Educational, technical, appraisal, budgetary and organizational responsibilities. Student Teacher mentor and leader of staff IT training.• Led department from an ‘E’ inspection grade to a ‘B’ in 8 months• Used as a borough exemplar model department.• Fostered relationships with HE (University of North London) and industry (sponsored by 3Com).

Middle Management role with staffing, training and budgetary responsibilities• Created new model for curriculum planning that was implemented school wide. Trained new teaching staff and designed new training and appraisal system.
