ChangeSchool believes that elite education should be for everyone, not just the few that have access to it today.As part of that, we work in 25 different countries. We support Entrepreneurs in Malaysia, Indonesia, Egypt and Jordan. We help Universities in Armenia, Georgia, Uzbekistan and Oman become entrepreneurial and commercialise their innovations. And companies and governments from Egypt to Bahrain and India have benefitted from elite level executive education through us.As the MD of ChangeSchool, my role is split between market development in India and the GCC, researching innovation practices (both good and bad), and delivering our interventions. I spend approximately 20% of my time delivering through our institution partners and 30% directly with our customers.

Did short term assignments at Technology & Management Practice advising on a business transformation opportunities with a big 4 consulting firm undergoing enterprise wide change with technical and managerial up skilling; two late stage hyper growth startups, one in Tokyo and one in London on their growth transformation.I am also teaching entrepreneurial and business transformation to the enterprise units of Kings College London (QS ranked #16) and University College London (QS ranked #5) in Q4 2014.I co founded Technology & Management Practice in 2012 to train people and organisations in personal and business transformation so that they can avoid costly mistakes in their value creation activities and in turn make them effective agents of growth. Since then we have trained executives and students transformation consulting and training globally to Accenture, Barclays, Cambridge University, Graphisoft Japan, Kings College London, Indian School of Business, Indian Institute of Technology Alumni UK, Indian Institute of Management, Polestar Investments (US), Regents University London, University College London, Yati Capital, and Yieldify.

I taught management of organisations (Core Organisation Behaviour) course at ISB to 300 students in August 2013 and have been invited back to teach again in July 2014. This a non academic, visiting position
