As a founder, I bootstrap and built an online portal from scratch and eventually managed to raise funds through Khazanah's outreach programme with a post-money valuation of RM1 million. We grew to a team of 10 comprising of full time and contract staffs. Successfully completed a wide range of of audit and consultancy engagements involving multinational oil and gas corporation, major financial institutions, multinational market expansion service provider and multinational manufacturing entities.Key Projects:Successfully implemented Data privacy controls implementation for a multinational oil and gas corporation. Worked with high-level stakeholders across several countries on gap assessment, controls mapping, controls implementation, providing training and hand-holding sessions.Performed pre- and post-implementation review on SAP ECC6.0 involving a multinational market expansion service provider. The scope of work includes reviewing SAP application controls such as Order to Cash, Material Management, Financial Statement closing and Sales and Distribution processes as well as master data controls (creation, maintenance and deletion of vendor, inventory master tables).Performed external audit involving consumer product manufacturer using SAP ECC 6.0. The scope of work includes reviewing SAP application controls and Financial Statement Close Process.Performed Liquidation work for more than 20 companies in Malaysia. Senior in a Corporate Restructuring team to manage a distress shopping mall in Malaysia. The scope of work involved:(i) running and maintenance of the mall.(ii) holding meetings and discussions with various stakeholders such as the local authorities, lawyers, tenants and unit owners.(iii) formulate strategies to reduce conflict among stakeholders and to liquidate the assets at a higher price for the lenders.
