I have personally developed Marsh & Co. my own interior design brand, an e commerce website, adverts and brochures including all copywriting, social media content and various presentations to increase annual revenue.I specialise in turn key project management, space planning, procurement, 3D visualisation, furniture design and manufacturing upholstery and soft furnishings.I oversee the creative, manufacturing and installation process for interior design budgets ranging from £1000 to £100,000 and have implemented design schemes in a number of high end properties throughout the UK, paying close attention to detail in all aspects of my work.I lam tech savvy and proficient working with Apple systems, Auto cad, Adobe Creative Suite and over the years I have built and implemented a number of CRM and project management systems to help grow my business.I have excellent time management skills, I can oversee up to 50 design projects or tasks for private clients and trade customers at any given time while under intense pressure to meet strict deadlines.

Worked as an Account Manager on the Next Generation Health and Racquets Clubs advertising and promotions account. Created monthly group promotions and implementing them across a network of 13 health clubs in the UK. Responded to local marketing requests and created appropriate marketing collateral. I also Managed and created a monthly newsletter and internal marketing communications to service existing members.

Worked within the sales promotion team for one of the largest integrated advertising agencies outside of London.Created a successful brand alliance between Northern Rail and Warner Home Video to encourage off peak rail travel among young children, via a cross promotion with ‘The Polar Express.Managed the Robinsons Fruit Shoot / Chronicle of Narnia promotion for Britvic Soft Drinks. The promotion went live in over 750 outlets across the UK.Managed the ‘Ultimate World Cup Viewing’ promotion for Sigma Kalon. A promotion that incentivised painters and decorators to increase average spend by hijacking the hype surrounding the 2006 FIFA World Cup. I managed the promotional budget for this project, which was over £120,000.Developed an Increased understanding of the creative, print and production process.

Assisted with the management of international promotions in 45+ countries. UIP was the largest film distributor in the world representing Paramount, Universal and DreamWorks. UIP distributed on average 50-60 key film properties annually. Helped manage the approval process for all International promotions for box office hits Bridget Jones Dairy 2, Shark Tale, Meet the Fockers, Team America and Ray.Helped with pitching to international brands and media partners, e.g. Vodafone, MTV and Lonely Planet, saving money on UIP’s own advertising spend by negotiating media value in return for promotional tie ins.

Participated in the organisation of the World Premiere of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and The Matrix Reloaded.Assisted the VP of International Promotions, pitching major films to potential 3rd party promotional partners. I designed the layout for the pitch presentation that helped secure the Matrix Reloaded / Samsung promotion worth $35 million across Europe. Worked alongside an agency to create a document entitled “The Power of Film”. This was used by key marketing personnel to demonstrate the benefits film can bring to brands and products through third party film promotions.Researched potential partner brands, product and competitor activity. Analysed media plans and advertising/publicity budgets.
