I currently handle the largest account for Holley Performace along with all the Southeast Region account. I am the backup for the Customer Service Manager when he is out. I also help interview and train the new hires for customer service.I take care of entering customers’ orders that come in by phone, fax, e-mail, B2B site, or EDI. Create Pro-forma invoices for Export account. Collect payment from customers via credit card, check or wire transfer. Assist customers in getting set up on our B2B site to place orders and check on existing orders. Assist customer with any issues or concerns they may have regarding their accounts or orders and payments. I also work closely with our other plant, shipping department and the credit department to make sure everything is flowing smoothly and all orders get out on time. I have developed spreadsheets, presentation and monthly reports. I have done some traveling for the company to visit Ford, Chrysler and General Motors.I have also handled Export International and OE accounts. (About 40 accounts total) including Ford, Chrysler and General Motors
