- Installing practice management software in all environments e.g. networks - Training clients onsite and in house- Installing and training specific add on’s to the practice management software - Liasing with relevant software houses to facilitate our needs- Provide telephonic and remote software and technical support to clients- Responsible for a client base of +- 200 clients - Setup appointments and do onsite courtesy calls- Responsible for updating the releases for all software packages- Assisted the sales department with doing demo’s for new clients - Selling conversions from Dos programs to Windows programs- Selling added features of to existing client base- Advising clients with practice management queries- Logging all interaction with clients - Logging software enhancements to product development department- Monitoring software changes and feedback to clients
