• Built data visualization dashboards with Redash connecting data flow of orders including package tours, flights and hotels, user behaviors on web and Google Analytics that everyone in company can reach data they want.
• Designed a self-build user behaviors system that we can do personality-based recommendation.
• Replicated Data Teams's recruitment procedures, on-boarding process and 1-on-1 review methods to whole company for hiring right people, making them productive member, reducing turnover and improving employee.
• Led team of 6 for two weeks: do A/B testing with a result that optimized conversion rate of search to order behavior 1.5%, increased 0.3% order rate, got CTR = 7% of sending personality-based recommendation EDM by user.

• Redesigned and implemented whole web-crawler system and data flow of package tour & POIs by myself.
• Crawled 200,000 package tour products from 6 suppliers and be updated every 3 hrs by one machine which is 32 times faster than legacy system.
• Crawled 800,000 global POIs (Point of interest) and 5,000,000 photos in 1 month which saved 5 manpower to do the same process with slower way.
• Parsed package tours' daily itinerary descriptions and mapping then to global POIs by Chinese word segmentation and Named entity recognition which is the kernel of Tripresso's platform.
• Designed and implemented the data flow of orders, payments and user behaviors on web and a platform for Administrative Team dealing with customers, suppliers and accounting.
