•Structuring derivative solutions and product pricing for corporate, project finance and government-related clients across UK, Italy, France and Germany•Assisting with the design and implementation of hedging strategies linked to acquisition facilities (Leveraged Buy-outs) in Italy, France and Holland•Providing risk modeling and market valuations for different Structured Finance and Corporate clients•Preparing pricing surveys for clients related to bond issuance for the management of the interest rate portfolio (fixed vs floating risk) and currency exposures•Collaborating closely with the Project Finance Debt teams across Europe and providing derivatives analytics and structuring support – in particular for recent large scale onshore and offshore wind farm projects and regulated utilities. Other areas include sectors such as Infrastructure and Renewable Energy•Creating pitches for Hedge Coordinator and Execution Bank roles, as well as updating clients on market activity and pricing developments•Managing the risk portfolio of the Bank’s Corporate Sales team and looking at risk-reducing opportunities with corporate clients•Negotiating finance documentation associated with Structured Finance transactions with the cooperation of the internal legal department (i.e., Intercreditor Agreements, ISDA Schedules, Loan/Facilities Agreements, and Hedging Strategy/Letters)•Providing specific expertise on economic and regulatory capital based on Basel III•Liaising with the internal risk functions to refine derivative pricing methodology such as exposure measurement, Credit Valuation Adjustments and Liquidity Costs •Managing and supervising the correct input of the monthly closed deals by Middle Office.
