Main responsibilities around 5 key areas:• The setup and delivery of an efficient Governance Model to ensure Amadeus Airlines’ strategy execution,• Manages Amadeus Airlines' Business Operation Planning, forecasting and arbitration,• Provides VP Support & manages VP Engagement activities,• Responsible of Amadeus Airlines’ Internal Communication,• Manages Amadeus Airlines' Transformation initiatives.In its Governance and strategy execution role the main objective is to i) translate the Amadeus Airlines business strategy into executables under SAFe ii) manage Amadeus Airlines’ performance and OKRs, engaging with Unit leadership team to ensure objectives are met and risks of deviations are monitored.Manages Amadeus Airlines’ Business Operations, working closely with the business area heads to support the day-to-day activities. Responsible for running Business/Capacity planning, forecasting, and arbitrating to ensure delivery on Amadeus Airlines strategic objectives and assessing potential business impacts.Provides VP strategic consulting support, represents the VP on an ad-hoc basis and manages team engagement.In its communication role, VPO has the overall responsibility for all marcom activities to support Amadeus Airlines business lines growth and ensure Amadeus’ people are informed and engaged with the organization.Supports Amadeus Airlines’ large Transformation programs with organization/ways of working impact (e.g., PLC, SAFe , etc.) from a Change Management perspective.

M&A• Perform detailed financial and market analysis and sizing of business opportunities to support business cases.• Develop business plans, financial plans (including calculation of synergies) and project lay-out to support valuation analysis. • Recomendation on type of agreement to be strutured (acquisition, joint ventures, partnerships....).• Coordinate Due Diligence process (financial, legal, tax, HR, commercial, technical and cultural).Additionally, responsible for the presentation of potential strategic business opportunities to companies in the industry.NEGOTIATION• Lead negotiation with M&A target (potential JV partners, sellers, acquirers, etc): key decision maker during negotiations• Identify / address key issues with the objective to find the best compromise in negotiating contentious issues• Supervision / negotiations of legal / contractual agreements and required documentation linked to closing of the transactionPOST MERGER INTEGRATION• Responsible for the execution of the integration process after an acquisition is closed:• Advise on what integration approach to take and preparation of integration strategy • Preparation of a detailed integration plan, set up of the project team, and management of the integration project• Be key contact for management of acquired company, to assist in their integration into Amadeus• Set up of a steering committee and or internal board to supervise the integration process
