• Liaising with client to ascertain candidate requirements for technical, manufacturing and administration vacancies for blue and white collar workers.• Researching and visiting clients business to understand their requirements and to define personal and job specification.• Working on various projects in UK and Europe, interviewing of potential candidates in UK and Europe..• Creation and advertising of vacancies on various job boards i.e.: CV Library, Monster, Jobsite, Job Centre Plus.• Responding to applicants regarding current vacancies and their suitability, undertaking competency based interviewing of candidates face to face and via telephone.• Creation of candidate shortlist on database and arrangement of interviews with client.• Working to client deadlines and any urgent candidate requirements.• Organisation of assessment centre, ensuring candidates are fully informed of the client and job specification requirements.• Making formal offer to successful candidates, creation and issuing of both client and candidate contracts and taking them through the terms and conditions of their contracts.• Obtaining candidate references whilst ensuring all legislative requirements are met.• Updating candidate and client details on company database, filing of paperwork.• For onsite projects, dealing with candidate pay queries, managing return to work interviews, monitoring of attendance, management of disciplinary.• Communicating with clients and candidates via e-mail and telephone re queries.• Providing clients with assistance through redundancy consultation periods. • Assisting clients with HR polices and implementing as appropriate.• Researching employment laws and advising clients in regards to employment legislation changes. • Informing client and candidates of temporary and permanent agency workers regulations (AWR).• Achieving weekly and monthly targets to maintain bonus.
