This has involved recruitment of 120 insulators, sourcing BOSIET training provider in Poland, vetting, both booking and managing flights while ensuring cost meets set budget, managing rotations 4weeks on / 4 weeks off. Managing administration, organizing training, vetting, audit check and timesheet input into payroll• Project support for 200 contractors fulfilment for a high profile modular building company: this was on site support of temporary and permanent workforce which involved HR support function for all employees on site; this involved organizing and conducting assessment centres/ interviews, managing recruitment process candidate interviews and communication throughout the interview and offer process, initiating recruitment strategy meetings and following up with hiring managers and HR Manager. Managing shop floor inductions, administration of contract, managing return to work interviews and exit interviews, managing attritions.
