As the main Motion designer in the EMEA team at Clinch, I am in charge of producing creative pieces for our clients across Europe, Middle East Asia, Africa, and Asia Pacific.I create, prepare and map the creative templates and all its dynamic elements to achieve DCO (Dynamic Creative Optimization) advertising.These creatives can be static or moving and are published in different channels, so I have to plan the dozens of versions that will be made from my template so that they always look correct regardless of the language, the amount of text, the images or the channel where it will be shown: Display, Meta, CTV, DOOH, etc.

Proposed and made diverse formats of requested creative pieces for specific marketing campaigns and social media content. Created and responsible for: banners, Google ads, images for our web and landing pages, animations and infographics for social media, and Youtube videos editing. Tasks and skills:· Anticipating possible resource requirements to ensure that more time could be spent on the creative stage.· Collaborated and contributed to both product and marketing teams to create and execute campaigns through different channels. · Worked remotely and maintained constant communication with the team.· Prioritised projects depending on the needs and deadlines.· Worked to very tight deadlines and coming up with solutions to last minute requirement changes.

Create and manage visual identity on any online or offline formats of the diverse Famosa’s brands.My job, as part of the Visual Merchandising and Trade marketing team, takes on from the creation and updating of each brand’s style guides, to its implementation on every format such as social media, websites, catalogues, POS, events and showrooms.Tasks and skills:· Collaborated with team members to ensure that all designs were aligned with the brand.· Managed multiple projects simultaneously, both online and offline.· Worked across a range of different brands and updated them to the latest trends.· Executed all design stages, from concept to final result. Moreover, in print projects I had to work with marketing briefing, create the design piece and coordinate with print workers.
