"Heta Belarus, Dzietka" started out as a blog written by Masha Cheriakova and designed/illustrated by myself. It is now a large project whose goal is to celebrate the Belarusian uniqueness. On one hand we want to promote Belarus to the rest of the world by writing about Belarusian culture and identity, and on the other - contribute to the development of the Belarusian identity. I am responsible for the visual element of this project, as well as much of the behind-the-scenes work: PR, social media, ads, promotion, project management, working with our additional illustrators. - First of a kind painting party company in Belarus. Helped standardize instruction manuals for all roles in what is now a franchise.- Instructed guests (15-30 people at a time) with no prior art training how to paint specific pictures within a 2 - 2.5 hour period of time. - Created over 40 paintings (acrylics on canvas) from scratch and instructions for these paintings. - Hosted over 100 painting parties, including corporate events and private parties. - Found ways to make everyone feel creative (even those who said they can not paint), hundreds of positive reviews. http://artbar.by/

Then, working together with a team of coders, we made sure all the graphic pieces there in the right place and format, making the product (website or app) complete.
