My goal is to boost User Experience at the credit cards and mobile payments solution through an analysis and improvement of the most critic touch points. I am also in charge of designing new flows on our apps and website, as well as unifying all the digital channels For that goal, I design Interfaces, manage our design agency and provide feedback for app, web prototypes.CaixaBank Pay is the mobile payments app, available for a wide range of devices such as mobile phones, smartwatches and tablets. It delivers service to more than 600k users and 1MM operations per month. During my time in CaixaBank Pay, we have improved the rating from 4.0 to 4.6 stars at Apple Store.Mi tasks are:• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups.• Lead the UX/UI design providing feedback to mockups from other areas, manage our design agency as well as been hands on.• Propose, design and develop new functionalities to empower our clients.• Identify design problems and unify communication through digital channels (web, apps, SMS, etc.)• Collaborate with other team members, providers and stakeholders.

Softonic is an Internet platform to discover software and apps on 12 languages and a traffic of 100 million users per day.We work in an agile workflow (scrum, retros, demos, jira, etc.) and my tasks are: design apps and websites related to Softonic products including guidelines and marketing campaigns.On products, I participate from the creation of briefing and concept of the product, user journeys, prototypes and wireframes, UI Design until small improvements with AB tests and user tests.
