I am a service designer and human-centered innovation leader with over 15 years of experience and a focus on healthcare and digital health. As an innovation leader at Amgen, a global biotech organization, I have driven European strategy, co-creation and local implementation of new services and solutions (digital and not) that improve the care path and experience of patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals- with measurable impact on health outcomes.I am a firm advocate and facilitator of collaborative approaches among people, disciplines, and organizations to create shared and sustainable value.
