During this experience, I conducted the team's activity flow conference, managing tasks and analyzing whether they were within the standards and validity established by the quality parameters;I led the Logistics team, performing weekly checks on documentation, process analysis, product release and activity standardization;I consolidated the company's technical documentation, in written processes on the sector's operation by flowchart, categorization of processes according to quality standards, competences of regulatory agencies and CRF.

I managed the process flow based on the procedures established in the SOPs. All of this documentation included the entire flowchart of activities, directions, action plans, standards and regulations;The creation of this document serves as a basis and guide for the team, plan action in emergencies, what action should be taken and what measures to establish as decisive parameters in the face of unpredictability, as well as basic documentation on the step-by-step process of activities;The documentation was also prepared to support regulatory agencies with the intention of annually certifying the company within the established standards, legally monitoring its operations and releasing documentation according to the legislation.

I was responsible for leading the management of a pharmacy focused on B2C service, guiding teams through daily activities such as customer service, medication guidance, analysis and verification of medical prescriptions, check-in on release of controlled medications and service and release for E-Commerce with delivery systems.I provided weekly guidance to the team on sales, their daily goals and how they could evolve to significantly achieve these goals. I directed the team to ensure stocking on the shelves, organization regarding product placement and control of products and their respective expiration dates. I conducted training focused on providing guidance on medications, dosages and how to add value to sales, whether through brands or benefits according to the customer's needs.

In this job my responsibilities included preparing files and reports to identify, prevent and eliminate the causes of defects and non-conformities before they occur, always analyzing daily data and indicators;In the routine process flow, I verified the production of products and services to ensure they were being carried out in accordance with the Quality area's specifications. I performed internal audits monthly to ensure compliance standards in accordance with established standards;I analyzed samples of all products to ensure compliance with quality standards and also maintained traceability of these products by documenting the entire process in manual and electronic spreadsheets, identifying the necessary information on compliance, ensuring constant updating and availability of information, focusing on safety.

In this role, my responsibility for managing the flow of activities such as determining the definition of standards for the Quality area, which focuses on establishing criteria and metrics to evaluate the quality of products or services. This routine, we identify these standards through daily activities according to the standards established and guided by the area's Supervision. Everything is documented in spreadsheets and recorded in a system in order to keep the information safe and easily accessible for identification in case of investigation of deviations from standards or discrepancies;Inspections and tests were carried out daily to identify deviations in products and processes within the quality area segment. This process is an important routine due to two factors: we are always monitoring the quality of the products being produced and whether they meet the standards required by legal standards. We also monitor data on the progress of work to identify areas for improvement, such as training, acquisition of better raw materials, anything that is identified as a differential factor that may be impacting the result and how we can provide a better solution;It also documented all procedures in order to obtain accurate information on standard deviations, always analyzing the initial cause of problems and thus implementing corrective actions and managing non-conformities so that errors do not happen again. Through process monitoring, activity mapping and monthly analysis of this data, it was possible to obtain an accurate view of correction and success in up to 80% of the team's performance.✔Main Goals: Creation of a more structured routine that identified all process flows and activity management in order to maintain Quality Assurance standards.
