My first job was HR, and since then I could never leave it, despite my other experiences, I have always worked in this area and I found it gave me the ability to genuinely understand people.As important is to understand companies too and, being in the role of employee and employer, it makes us see things with perspective and objectivity.I could say entrepreneurship and professional training are in my blood, bringing out the urge to teach, facilitate and help people, and that is what makes me feel truly happy!
