I worked simultaneously with two teams and supported the processing of ethical applications. I co-developed Annual Report 2021 by contributing to the content, design, editing and data analysis. I also supported the recruitment of new members for the growing NREC committees. At HRCDC, I expanded my knowledge of health research consent and data protection. I reviewed the applications and attended HRCDC meetings. While working at the Funding and Strategy Directorate of the HRB, I have led two small research grant calls, during which I answered queries from the applicants, checked eligibility of the submitted applications, organised a panel review meeting and issued contracts. I supported the peer, public review processes as well as interim review. As a member of Communications team, I've written short news stories, which has been published on the HRB and NREC websites. I helped with organisation of two National conferences - HRB National Conference 2022 and National Conference on Research Ethics 2023. Show less
