This is done through facilitation, practice (role plays), and e-learnings.I then moved to a 'Key Account Manager' position covering over 600 Fastenal locations throughout the Mid-west. That role allowed me to align myself with key decisions to grow the Milwaukee business within Fastenal. This role challenged me to foster relationships, engage in financial decisions, and be a partner to those I worked with.Currently, I am working as Strategic Account Manager. This role has allowed me to be as creative as possible, while building relationships with our Industrial Channel customers.
