I work as a Leave Specialist at Toyotetsu managing multiple locations. Daily, I discuss with our team members FMLA and Medical Leave. I handle all personal information and health information confidentially and do it accordingly following HIPAA. It is a very fast paced job and everything follows a time line. Using calendars and files and communication thru out the Leave. I enjoy working with and educating people on any job I am doing. I believe discussion and education makes for easier understanding and a much better situation for our team members.
