Oversee the administration of the health benefits (Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, LTC, LTD, STD, EAP, FSA, HSA, Health Enhancement Programs). Conduct analysis of utilization patterns to identify trends and collaborate with Director of Compliance & HR to strategize and control increasing costs. Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws such as ERISA, HIPPA, FMLA, COBRA, etc. Research and resolve all escalated requests related to daily administration of benefits. Oversee the planning and coordination of open enrollment materials and develop strategies to engage team members in understanding and valuing their benefits. Implement new and existing changes with benefit vendors as necessary and maintain relationships between UMG and vendors.
