I currently facilitate a moderate outpatient and relapse prevention groups. I have a caseload of 20-30 patients, I create their treatment plans, relapse prevention plans, discharge plans, treatment plan updates as well as having individual counseling sessions with each patient. We use an electronic filing system, have ongoing training and I am starting work on my Masters Degree September 2017. I enjoy my work, working with a vast population of patients, watching them change as they heal from the disease of addiction and put their lives back together. I also perform assessments for potential Substance Use Disorder patients to determine their eligibility for our program.

I currently facilitate process groups, group therapy, recreation/social skills group, clinical presentations and our family presentations on Sunday's, enter progress notes on our electronic medical records system, enter all clinical admissions notes, discharge patients from our detox program and admit them to our inpatient program and create packets including outside contacts for all our patients. I have facilitated outpatient process groups, family process groups, completed integrated clinical summaries and initial family evaluations for prospective patients.
