Initially employed as an Office Manager and PA to the CEO at Lineup, I moved into a Project Manager role. After completing the PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification I became responsible for implementing Lineup’s advertising sales software, AdPoint, at the Telegraph Media Group, The Evening Standard, JP Politiken, and Metro Belgium. As well as being responsible for the day-to-day running of these projects my role on both projects included project planning, project resourcing, project monitoring, and project control. At present I continue to work at Lineup managing the delivery and deployment of AdPoint at other major media organisations globally, currently Vocento in Madrid.

I joined Lineup after University as the Office Manager and PA to the CEO. In the position of PA to the CEO I was responsible for the CEO’s diary management, business travel itineraries, client communications and correspondence, and day-to-day administrative tasks. As Lineup’s Office Manager I project managed the full relocation of the business to West London, as well as the configuration, implementation, and training on Chorus HR, an online HR portal, and Concur, a travel and expense management system, in a successful bid to improve internal processes of the company’s administrative tasks. In addition to this, I organised and managed staff events and entertainment, and also became a certified reseller of Adobe DPS where I helped to build client satisfaction and long-term customer relationships, and ensured a smooth functioning of the business.
