I am a charming, confident individual with a strong personality who finds it easy to build strong trusted relationships with both her team and customer’s. My super power is my dyslexia which makes me a creative out of the box thinker who likes to come up with ways to simplify and improve where possible in order to make life easier for staff and customers. As a branch Sales and Service Manager I am responsible for making sure my branch runs smoothly and efficiently. I encourage my team to care for our customers and put their needs and interests as the top priority, I help them understand the need to grow our business by providing customers with products and services right for them. By encouraging the correct values and behaviours I strive for excellent customer service so our customers will recommend us to their friends and family and come back time and time again.I encourage them to think like a customer and act like they own the business. You will find me out on the sales floor with them observing, mucking in, leading by example and showing them what good looks like, I find this much more effective that sitting in an office telling people what to do. I encourage feedback and help them see this as a gift not criticism.Through regular 121s and enabling meetings we work together to give credit for a job well done, hone their strengths and work on their weaknesses.With this and your great products the sales plan can only succeed.I am positive, reliable with 40 years’ experience. During this time, I have developed a wide range of skills and knowledge. I have excellent communication both written and verbal, and am a fast learner. I deal with all customer complaints often turning a negative into a positive by my handling of the situation. I am structured and have strong people and coaching skills. I have the ability to cope and embrace the changes and challenges that present themselves within any working environment.
