Working as Secretary for Federal and State Programs I have handled multi layer accounts for Jefferson County Public Schools. Organizing the payroll for district wide Summer Backpack program for all teachers and Administrators would be one of the summer tasks that I have taken on. Along with ordering and receiving all items that was used for the JCPS Summer Back pack League. These were just some short term project as my daily duties include assistant if the Director of the Federal and State Programs, building manager, all orders for multiple departments and payroll bi-weekly.I have also assisted with National Conference hosting from the district from beginning to the end or project

At Visually Impaired Preschool Services, VIPS, I coordinate and seeing out fundraising events for VIPS. These events include the Brown-Frown Tennis Ball silent/live auction/ Gala, YUM! Brands Corporate Cup Golf tournament, Brown-Forman Tennis tournament, and the Dr. Mark Lynn & Associate 5K run. With the events I am in charge of budgeting all the events and seeing out all details from catering, guest, venue rental, permits, gaming licenses and acquiring auction items.As Family Services Coordinator my responsibilities includes speaking with the families of VIPS, coordinating all family events, planning and coordinating a two day family conference for all VIPS/ KSB families. Speaking with families to help with concerns and needs.
