Government and Contractor experienced acquisition professional who have performed in the position of contract specialist, contract administrator, procurement contracting officer and contract administration positions the past 16 years. Retired from civil service October 2016 and currently working as contractor supporting Department of Defense and previously supporting General Services Administration (GSA).

Provide management and oversight of Korean Contractors project performance in the local and surrounding areas of South Korea to include review and assessment of management reports, master work schedules, key personnel qualifications, quality assurance plans, contractor deficiency reports, invoices, payment approvals, and work progress reports on a daily and ongoing basis.

Perform contract administration duties for DCMA Dallas and worked for the Corps of Engineers procuring services and supplies to include large complex construction contracts. Proficient in conducting market research, acquisition planning, solicitations, technical and price evaluations, award of contracts and task orders; and closeout of contracts. Administered contracts valued up to $75 million dollars and have deployed working contingency contracting in Kuwait and Afghanistan.

Logistics: Developed, evaluated and monitored logistics plans and programs at various military installations/deployment locations. Duties included bed down of combat forces, preparing support agreements, billeting and food service coordination, cargo load planning, transportation operations, and writing after action reports.Recruiter: Organized and conducted programs to recruit sufficient personnel to meet Air Force needs. Assisted in policy development and ensured timely implementation of recruitment goals and programs. Developed community relations, managed recruitment activities, conducted applicant processing and classification. Conducted career counseling to enlistees for job assignments and training opportunities.
