Managing the administrative components of the interview selection process (scheduling meetings, interviews, and feedback sessions for recruiters and hiring managers. Posting internal and external positions. Arranges travel when necessary. Facilitates background screens. Creates offer letters and other correspondence as needed. Coordinates, tracks, communicates and maintains databases for Learning & Development programs. Arranges meeting details for Leadership Roundtables, program events, and other Learning & Development functions.
