Whilst I was finishing my Therapist studies, I worked in a high dependency home, supporting 6 adults with severe learning disabilities. This included daily trips into the community supporting service users, distributing medication, cooking and cleaning, personal care, Health and Safety, being an advocate of the Milestones Person-centred approach.

• Quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction through recruiting, training and supervising staff, liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives.

• Delivering outgoing and friendly high quality of customer service, handling enquiries, reservations and complaints.
• Overseeing stock levels and rotation, ordering supplies.
• Handling cash, credit cards, receipts and vouchers.

I combined my two passions of psychology and music, realised I loved working and nurturing others, so started teaching singing on a 1 to 1 basis. This took me to do a lot of freelance work in the Foster Care system, I also ran workshops with local choirs, weekly well-being sessions in local schools for children with SEN and adults with mental health.
