I assist in the budgeting and forecasting for the production, and mailing, of Fingerhut catalogs, marketing letters and postcards. I oversee the production of all postcard and trigger postcard campaigns. I'm responsible for the print production of all Fingerhut collateral pieces. I review invoices for accuracy to my purchase orders, creates supporting allocating documentation, if necessary, and process invoices timely through our accounting system. I explore cost-saving options or alternatives for print production and postage. I enjoy maintaining strong relationships with my vendor/partners.

I managed a key client relationship for Carlson Print. I interacted with the client and essential internal stakeholders to help implement and execute multi-segment, b-to-c marketing programs. I was an integral part of a cross-functional team to ensure day-to-day project activities were on task, on time, and on budget. This included developing project plans and complex process flowcharts, production schedules, and monitoring mail flow.I became the "spoke" to an existing team, helping facilitate better communication between the client and internal team members.

I assisted customers from the creative professional to the novice create 'Brilliant Print', navigating them through the Smartpress online print platform, ensuring an excellent & effortless online user experience, customer satisfaction and high-caliber printed projects. I instilled customer confidence through expert print and direct mail consultation and solutions.

As a Senior Account Executive I facilitated all aspects of a client’s marketing campaign or initiative to meet their anticipated goals while staying within budget. I cultivated and grew client relationships and sales through attentive customer service, effective communication and project organization. I enjoyed educating my clients of the processes involved in a project so they become more knowledgeable and effective in their positions.The scope of every project was different. With experience of my prior bank positions, I assisted the Vice President of Direct Marketing with the direct mail initiatives for TCF Bank and its affiliates. I directed the development and production of campaigns which generated over 20,000,000 pieces of mail annually at a $10 million budget level. I coordinated and executed all facets of all direct mail campaigns: list, copy, creative, legal approvals, data, print, and mail procurement assuring on-time mail dates within determined budgets. I wrote and/or edited copy, layout and directed photo shoots. I collaborated on direct response TV commercials. I was responsible to source, qualify, negotiate and purchase bank premiums adhering to defined budgets. I coordinated initial shipping and reorders of premiums to all bank branch locations within the 6-state market through usage tracking.
