I have experience in all aspects of Payroll, HR and Accounting. I work with data entry, time importing, payroll processing (from start to finish), commission calculations, certified and prevailing wage payroll calculation, deferred compensation, year end bonus calculations, benefits and many other areas of payroll/HR. I handle the monthly payroll journal entries, payroll account reconciliations, and other areas in accounting where my help is needed. I helped create processes for the Payroll Department and helped to streamline our current processes for more effective and accurate payrolls. I have created manuals for our payroll system and helped create policies when we needed them. I have great excel skills, communications skills and love to research issues to find out what caused the issue and how to avoid it in the future. I am detail oriented
