Managed a network of an established physician referral system for the agency and pursued new contacts within the healthcare system and a variety of healthcare providers in order to increase agency census. Assisted agency administrator in medical billing, report transmittals and generating Oasis reports. Assisted office manager in ensuring proper turnaround of nurses notes and helped maintain patient charts current. Worked closely with physician office staff to ensure orders were in place in order to stay compliant with agency and Medicaid standards. Maintained communication between field nurses, office staff, physicians and patients. Managed the scheduling of agency admissions and follow up visits for field nurses.
