Other past clients include the Independent Schools Association of Northern New England, Public Welfare Foundation and River Valley Technology Center, providing expertise on professional development, grants management and administration systems. Grant funds overseen exceed $100 million to date.

Managed grantmaking process for private foundation with assets of $425 million including: oversight of proposal and grant processes; coordination of all involved staff; supervision of data entry and coding of grants; maintenance of current and accurate data on existing or past grantees; service as administrative contact for internal and external inquiries regarding current and prospective grants.Assured compliance with legal and accounting standards, including expenditure responsibility, sponsored grants, lobbying and other issues as they arose.Oversaw grant cash flow, approval and pay out budgets of $20 million including: coordination of grant payment process; maintenance of grant payout budget and approval budget; production of monthly budget and cash flow projection reports; coordination of grant-related aspects of end-of- year audit.Supervised production of the Annual Report and grant guidelines including development of schedule and budget.

As Acting Executive Director, directed all aspects of Foundation operations including donor services, community relations, office and staff administration, Foundation programs, policy and Board relations. Administered statewide grantmaking program in the public humanities including: counseling scholars and representatives of non-profit organizations who sought Humanities Council support for cultural and educational programs; planning and conducting meetings and workshops for both potential applicants and recent award recipients; supervision of staff review of grant applications; preparing proposals and proposal abstracts for Council review of grants; supervision of project records in the office; oversight of program of outside evaluation. Assisted the Executive Director in all aspects of Council administration, including budget preparation, Board relations and staff supervision. Administered Resource Center and Speakers Bureau, including development of catalogs.

Performed stabilization, preservation, and restoration treatments on objects; assisted in collection of objects and maintenance of the integrity of objects in storage and on exhibit; monitored on a daily basis environmental conditions in all parts of the museum; maintained all photographic data; maintained Integrated Pest Management program; answered all inquiries and requests coming to the Conservation Lab from both within and outside the museum.
