In this role, I am responsible for overseeing our work exploring and developing other standards of good practice.

I joined the Living Wage Foundation in September 2017 to develop the Foundation’s new ‘Living Hours’ campaign. This new campaign sets out a new standard to tackle underemployment and insecurity of hours - key in ensuring a decent monthly income.

In this role, I managed the Good Jobs Campaign project at Citizens UK - which linked schools and colleges in disadvantaged parts of London with employers in health, engineering, and creative industries. We worked with employers to give year 12 students a good insight into the remit of these organisations and the skills and knowledge required for different roles in these industries. The young people were then given the opportunities to apply for high quality internships and apprenticeships at the end of their introduction programme.

In my role in the University Enterprise team at London South Bank University I am responsible for effective development of new Knowledge Exchange activities. I manage the Knowledge Transfer Partnership portfolio for London South Bank University. I work from the acquisition stage to final report stage, and my work includes the administration management for the programme.

I support the University Enterprise team at London South Bank University in the effective development of new commercial income generating activities. My main responsibilities include managing the Knowledge Transfer Partnership programme from the acquisition to final report stage; the development of the Customer Relationship Management system; administration including inputs, task management, data mining and marketing, analysis and reporting; client, competitor and sector research to support both individual business opportunities and as background context for the development of substantial new business cases; management of inbound business to business queries; promotion of enterprise internally and externally; styling and editing tenders, presentations and reports.

In my role at LSBU I directly support the Director of Enterprise as his personal assistant. I organise and prepare his meetings with internal and external partners, research companies and partners for contact and research new initiatives in Higher Education. My support duties to Enterprise Department range from undertaking research projects to maintaining and developing the department’s records and databases to assisting at events and raising the profile of Enterprise with external and internal partners.

I co-founded the AXNS Collective in November 2011 to produce project about neuroscience and art in Oxford in March 2013. The project 'Affecting Perception' consists of an art exhibition displaying the work of artists with neurological conditions and a series of outreach events consisting of community seminars and school workshops. I am responsible for the overall production and co-ordination of the project and for the delivery and design of the outreach events. My duties range from writing and submitting all funding applications, liaising with venues, community partners, local schools and speakers, managing the budget for the project and delivering the school workshops.

During university vacations, I worked as a junior administrator in the Academic Office collating data, filing and assisting the daily running of the Office. I was employed previously by University College (2004-2009) as a waitress at formal and informal meals and as a cleaner.
