We responded to calls from clients such as prowlers, noises, protect individuals going from vehicle to residence. Our dispatch received many calls police would receive from individuals who preferred our response time over the police department. Responded to alarms and would conduct armed building searches if an open door or window was discovered. I located a number of stolen vehicles during patrol of my sector. Thwarted several vehicle thefts and burglaries in progress.

I started at the Mesquite News as the photographer. I shot most photos and printed all photos. Then they began the Pleasant Grove News and I began writing articles. From there I went to Farmers Branch and was responsible for all the photography, except sports for multiple papers. All together this amounted to 10 editions a week.
