My career has been focused on social justice issues, as an organizer, researcher and program manager. After acquiring a Master in Public Administration with a concentration on Policy Analysis and Evaluation I have steered my career path towards research and policy analysis to evaluate the impact of policies and programs on communities. I am proficient in MS Office, Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, and working knowledge on analytical software like Access, R, SQL and SPSS, and knowledge on Tableau. I am fluent in both English and Spanish.
