My personal and career goal is to work at a place where I will have a positive impact and will contribute to the well-being of communities. My experience in the non for profit sector comes from holding different leadership and management positions for the past more than 10 years. My career has been focused on social justice issues, as an organizer, researcher and program manager. After acquiring a Master in Public Administration with a concentration on Policy Analysis and Evaluation I have steered my career path towards research and policy analysis to evaluate the impact of policies and programs on communities. I am proficient in MS Office, Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, and working knowledge on analytical software like Access, R, SQL and SPSS, and knowledge on Tableau. I am fluent in both English and Spanish.
