She has co-authored 2 other books, recorded 9 self-help Hypnosis Audio CD’s, created a free self help hypnosis App, became an international speaker, publicly displaying the darkest days of her life and currently the owner and operator of Insights For life and True REST Glendale Float Spa.Many thought she was crazy leaving the security of her career so that she could pursue her dream to help others in a more holistic approach to health and happiness (and between you and me, she thought she was crazy TOO)!
