Defined and manage a front line support structure to support mobile users in troubleshooting and resolving device/application issues they might have such as connectivity, application, device (hardware & software), etc. Liaise with external vendors to review and test mobile devices to determine suitability for use with applications. Routinely review current mobilized applications to determine whether any improvements can be made. Continual review with IS&T to make recommendations and establish standards for mobility within the City. Continual monitoring and reporting on mobile usage to pro-actively identify and resolve potential problems.
