At sprint I maintain the role of Retail Sales Manager inside the RadioShack locations. I am in charge of running everyday operations. Which includes sales, managing sales team, handling all of the store's money, inventory and managing all closing operations.

At T-Mobile I maintained the position of retail sales representative. My daily responsibilities included opening and closing the store and handling end of day deposits, sales and customer service. While on shift most of the time I was by myself, so I was responsible for making sure that the kiosk was being handle correctly with no supervision. I left this position due to moving out of state.

At Alltel/AT&T Wireless I maintained the role of wireless sales representative and assisted in both customer service and sales. Daily duties included troubleshooting phones and helping new customers sign up for service and old customer with upgrades and adding new services. When merging with AT&T I also received the added responsibilities of selling Home Phone, Home Internet, Cable TV, and Home Alarm Systems. I was also in charge of all cash handling including nightly end of day deposits and closing of the Store.
