As an employee of Carnival Cruise lines, I worked my way up from casino Dealer to Casino Supervisor. My duties as Supervisor included training of staff, security and integrity of all games and slot machines supervised, player tracking and rating & meeting/exceeding daily/weekly revenue targets as set by Carnival Casino Division.

After a successful interview for a Croupier position, I started at entry level and then proceeded to work my way up to Casino Supervisor, a position which I held for four years. I was also involved in hosting events in the Casino as well as additional duties, which included being an NQ assessor (basically bringing standards up to par with all other 16 resort units) In this capacity, my position held me responsible for the identifying, training & development of staff across all levels, which also included effective evaluations of staff based on positive re-enforcement.
