Mid-scale engineering and model shop servicing clients such as Street Surfing LLC, Dutysmith, Nexsport, Makey Makey, TAO Clean, 661, Pro Circuit, Saleen. Designed, engineered and built prototypes. Sourced and set up overseas production for several successful companies

Designed and engineered the original Wave Board. Managed production, budgets and timelines. Responsible for product compliance testing (CE, ASTM, Walmart and Toys R Us). Primary liaison between Street Surfing and overseas production. Managed applications of all worldwide patents.

Transformed a small Chinese team to a Western friendly, global design and development source for companies such as Nike, Salomon, Protec, Street Surfing LLC, Rossignol, Texas Instruments and Reef. Developed several consumer products from the prototype stage through production and shipment, including bluetooth integrated helmets and GPS wearables. Insured product quality and met complex consumer ship cycles to big box retailers including Walmart, Best Buy, Target and Toys R Us. Created an in-house engineering and design team with 30 employees. Supervised model shop and injection plant.

Engineered in-house snowboard binding brand and Protec protective gear and helmets. Managed helmet compliance testing for skate/bike/snow. Migrated existing production from Italy to China.
