Held the Business Unit Crisis Manager role for Argentina, coordinating the Crisis Manual implementation, media training and mock exercises. Was accountable for the implementation of the Danone Quality and Food Safety Management System (3 sites + 4 Co-Packers), as well as the management of the water resources. Accountability over the environmental aspects of the Villavicencio Natural Reserve (70000 Ha, 9 rangers)Main Accomplishments:- Development and Implementation of a beverages specific microbiology methodology that allowed, together with improved operational practices, the elimination of quarantine in beverages, with a net benefit of 1,5 MUS$ per year.- 70% reduction in Customer Complaints- Set the foundations for the Villavicencio Foundation, that allows the Natural Reserve to be self sustainable.- Implementation of a Carbon Footprint measurement tool for Argentina and Uruguay that allowed to start measuring the impact of the operation in the environment. - 35% reduction of the Carbon Footprint in 3 yrs.
