Accountable for the development, implementation and communication of the company´s Quality strategy, policy and programs throughout the regional organization and across the whole product life cycle, including Seeds and Crop Protection.Main Accomplishments:- Led a LATAM regional team that sponsored 17 End to End Quality Improvement Projects, with a net delivery of 7.1 Mio US$ in savings and cost avoidance over the last 2 years in the region.- Sponsored a 68% reduction in Customer Complaints over the last 2yrs.- Supported a 85% reduction in the costs of Poor Quality- Delivered a 11% budget reduction in the last 2 yrs.

Member of the company´s board representing Environment, Quality and Food Safety. Held the Business Unit Crisis Manager role for Argentina, coordinating the Crisis Manual implementation, media training and mock exercises. Was accountable for the implementation of the Danone Quality and Food Safety Management System (3 sites + 4 Co-Packers), as well as the management of the water resources. Accountability over the environmental aspects of the Villavicencio Natural Reserve (70000 Ha, 9 rangers)Main Accomplishments:- Development and Implementation of a beverages specific microbiology methodology that allowed, together with improved operational practices, the elimination of quarantine in beverages, with a net benefit of 1,5 MUS$ per year.- 70% reduction in Customer Complaints- Set the foundations for the Villavicencio Foundation, that allows the Natural Reserve to be self sustainable.- Implementation of a Carbon Footprint measurement tool for Argentina and Uruguay that allowed to start measuring the impact of the operation in the environment. - 35% reduction of the Carbon Footprint in 3 yrs.
