Headed up the Project Management function for Media.Monks’ C360 Salesforce practice in APAC, a leading global digital-first marketing, advertising, and technology services company. Media.Monks acquired Destined in March 2022.• Responsible for leading and developing Media.Monks’ Salesforce Project Management capability with focus on uplifting project delivery quality and improving customer and business outcomes• Managed and mentored a team of 5 Project Managers across the APAC region supporting the Consulting and Sales teams with a combined portfolio of more than 100 active projects at any one time • Implemented improved governance practices leading to a greater than 50% reduction in red projects• Hands-on managed Salesforce customer projects up to $5M across a range of industries in the region.

Initially joined Destined, a new and rapidly expanding Salesforce implementation partner as a Senior Project Manager. After 4 months I was promoted to Global Head of Project Management. My responsibilities included:• Hands-on managed Salesforce customer implementations up to $2M across a range of industries in the APAC region including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Pardot• As Head of PM, I was responsible for developing and growing Destined's Project Management capability with focus on improving customer and business outcomes• Implemented a fully integrated Professional Services Automation (PSA) solution in Salesforce to streamline resource and project planning, project delivery and financial processes across the organisation• Achieved substantial efficiencies in the way consulting projects were established, planned and run resulting in higher customer satisfaction levels (CSATs) and >50% reduction in red projects.

Led the Integration work stream of a Salesforce Implementation for a Large Australian Financial Services client undertaking a major Digital Transformation program.• Successfully delivered Phase 1 of the transformation roadmap focused on enabling Salesforce (Financial Services Cloud) CRM capabilities via integration with client’s existing systems• Agile Scrum team consisted of Integration analyst and 4 Microsoft Azure Integration developers• Designed and implemented multiple integrations via Microsoft Azure cloud services enabling real-time bi-directional synchronisation between systems • Enabled routing of digital customer leads and enquiries from existing online platforms to Salesforce • Successfully delivered all phases from requirements gathering to post implementation support, working closely with Salesforce and legacy system teams.

Contracted to lead the Integration work stream of a major Enterprise Transformation program to plan and deliver integrations between NSW Government TAFE legacy systems and a new cloud-based Student Management System. • Complex systems implementation integrating a suite of cloud-based applications with over 50 existing TAFE NSW internal and external systems, comprising over 200 individual integrations to be implemented• Managed design and development of complex integrations between TAFE NSW’s legacy Student Management Systems, SAP Finance and the new cloud-based SMS CRM and SMS• Managed end-to-end SAP vendor engagement from Procurement Strategy through to transition• Working within strong program governance framework ensuring well-defined practices and controls in place to manage schedules, risks, issues and dependencies across the program.

Engaged following company purchase by private equity owners to drive and rationalise the replacement of disparate legacy systems and to deliver a new web-based global technology platform to support the business’ aggressive plans for growth and profitability. Recruited and retained top talent to create high performing teams of software architects/ developers, business analysts and testers to design, implement and progressively enhance and extend core systems enabling extraordinary business growth since 2008. The result is a tailored core operating platform supporting an approx A$600m global operation, comprising up to 15 brands operating across 60 schools located in 7 countries, supporting over 4,000 staff, 70,000 students pa, and connecting 2,500 commercial agents in 120 countries.Helped position Study Group as a global leader by enabling rapid deployment of new brands/products and business growth via acquisition and geographic expansion into new markets.

Engaged to lead strategic projects focused on delivering new business systems, cost improvements and operational efficiencies to streamline global magazine production and distribution activities. My responsibilities included:• Led development and implementation of Oasis program from initial concept and business case to Live system. Adopted Agile delivery methodology partnering closely with business stakeholders.• New Oasis application replaced several disparate legacy systems to streamline key aspects of magazine production and realized significant benefits from reduced magazine distribution delays and paper usage• Coordinated teams to resolve critical issues and stabilized SmartTrader platform via execution of a multi-stage recovery project. Implementation resulted in improved workflow with reduced time on task by 50%.

Recruited from Sydney to join new B2B dot-com start up in San Francisco as Director of Engineering/Product Development. Tradeweave was fully acquired by QRS in Feb 2001.Led development of an hosted internet-based retail marketplace supporting surplus auctions, online vendor showrooms and collaborative planning between retail manufacturers and department stores. Managed onshore and offshore software development and testing teams to maintain consistent track record of on-time, on-budget and high quality delivery.

Switching to Cambridge Technology Partners, a new breed of system integrator who had recently opened offices in Sydney and Melbourne, provided me with the opportunity to work with rapid deployment, fixed time/price methodologies in a start-up office environment. My focus was implementing ERP solutions for Fortune 1000 clients including a long term assignment in USA with a major fast food chain and a record 9-week rapid deployment of PeopleSoft HRMS for a large pharmaceuticals manufacturer in ANZ. I was also actively involved in business planning and operations for the growing Australian practice.

Over six and a half years at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) provided me with a solid foundation of skills and experience implementing best-of-breed technology solutions for Fortune 500 clients across a range of industries including Financial Services and Government. During this time I was involved in all aspects of the delivery of business strategy, business process design, business impact analysis, and custom and packaged software implementations.
