• Provide quality engineering support to Lockheed Martin in the delivery of F-35 Aircraft to the global fleet including delivery from international final assembly and check out facilities.• Provide quality engineering support to the F-35 sustainment organisation to ensure the continuing airworthiness of the global F-35 fleet • Lead daily ‘in person’ non-conformance triage with F-35 customers to identify potential BAE Systems responsible escapes • On receipt hardware verification of BAE Systems manufactured and procured products –• End to end management of BAE Systems responsible disclosures to the F-35 programme • Lead the investigation, containment and resolution of quality concerns relating to BAE Systems products and services delivered to the F-35 program • Provide in-country support to US based F-35 supply chain assurance activities • Provide BAE Systems UK product and build methodology knowledge to the Fort Worth based build line support team; providing an integrated support solution to manage critical issues.• Provide real time access to UK eyes only applications during the US work day to support the customer and resolve urgent build-line issues.• Work directly with BAE Systems’ US based supply chain to drive immediate containment and disposition of emerging build line issues.• Provide access to quality, engineering and build record data accessible only to UK personnel to assist with queries arising during the US working day.
