Over the last 14 years I have as part of a small team, maintaining over 130 turbines across four windfarms in Mid Wales, two in South Wales, also assisting as required in the UK fleet. Our team has improved availability and yield since the RWE In House Maintenance start-up in 2010. Since 2017, our team continue to deliver high availability with Deutsche Windtechnik. Adhering to not only H&S and Quality Management, but strictly implemented WTSR. Knowledge of the operations and extensive technical performance of locally maintained wind farms, a good close working relationship with our operations.I have previously worked closely with the Performance analysts whilst at RWE, spending time with the team at their head office assisting in knowledge feedback, process improvements and timely reactive measures which benefits the UK fleet. Good relationships with landowners and contractors - civil engineering, HV, lifting operations, Statutory inspections etc. Assisting where appropriate.As an Authorised Engineer, I write the safety and technical documents for the local fleet of three different technologies. Technical support and manage WTSR aspects locally. Provide CDM task files for major component works, lead projects including Condition Monitoring Installation and Commissioning - installing the majority over the six sites, blade inspections and repairs. History of electronic R&D of 5 years, Marketing and web design of 7 years, field copper telecommunications - specialising in ADSL for 3 years.PfCO UAS pilot
