Throughout his career with KPMG, Martin has served clients in a wide range of industries, including financial services, insurance, medical, natural resources, engineering and tobacco. Through his own experience of being an assignee himself and due this past as international HR professional Martin can advise his clients competently on how to design HR processes and manage exposures (tax, social security, immigration) which are connected to a globally mobile workforce. Martin has also been involved in outsourcing initiatives and can offer tailored solutions to clients which would like KPMG’s support for some of their administrative tasks to free up time for the client to focus on more strategic and value add tasks.
