Martin Heldt is a Agile Coach at Mainova AG. Colleagues describe him as "I worked with Martin Heldt at the software development department for the telecommunication companies LHS and Ericsson between 1999 and 2016. We worked together on the same projects, in the same team and we were sitting next to each other for three years. Martin has a very broad skill set and is one of the smartest software developers I ever met. He is the kind of guy who is able to dig deep into a piece of code within a very short period of time and comes up with a clean solution you can rely upon. Martin is a great researcher, always happy to accept new challenges and to expand his portfolio. He pioneered several new technologies and development environments during the time we worked together. When we started working in Scrum mode in 2012 Martin was one of the strongest supporters of this development framework showing a role model behaviour. The teams working for the same product were synchronized through Scrum of Scrum meetings where Martin played a central role showing his moderation abilities as a senior lead developer. He strongly supports a people mindset which he also showed when taking over workers council tasks. As the workers council deputy chairman Martin was known for pragmatism and conflict solving skills.
